
The goal of the seminar is to familiarize the participants with the basics of KAIZEN / Lean.
With theoretical input, practical examples and exercises, partially in a real company, they learn about sustainable implementation of the daily Kaizen process at Shopfloor, while actively involving employees in the process of change.

- Planning a Daily Kaizen process
- The 4-levels of the Daily Kaizen model and required tools and methods, such as

o Structured problem solving
- Safeguarding success
- Human factors: motivation and resistance
